Patient Access Representative-Days

Greater Regional is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work a full time schedule. This would include day shifts with slightly varying hours in several locations in the hospital, shifts needing coverage, as well as the potential for some nights and weekends. This position arranges for the efficient and orderly registration of patients, making certain accurate patient information is collected. A professional and courteous manner is required while gathering insurance, and personal patient information. Our full time positions come with our competitive benefits packages!

Some responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls in a clear professional manner
• Greeting patients and visitors as they enter the facility
• Provide patient with billing and payment information
• Prior experience with insurance and medical records is a plus
• Maintains patient records according to HIPAA guidelines
