Synechron is seeking an AI Governance Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC (Need Onsite day 1, Hybrid 3 days from office No Remote).
Job Description:
We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated AI Governance Manager. The candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing governance strategies, policies, and standards to ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI/Client technologies within the organization. They will provide technical leadership and expertise in AI/Client to align governance principles with the technical implementation of AI/Client solutions. The candidate will be responsible for promoting ethical AI practices, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance in AI/Client initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
" 15+ years in IT industry contributing to the AI/Client area specifically.
" Proficient in Governance area with operation risk experience.
" Expertise in risk control and Governance area with AI/Client project work experience.
" Should have good experience in handling, managing, and deploying the Data Science/AI projects and should be good mentor for the team.
" Strong knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms and techniques
" Strong knowledge of Generative AI (keywords- zero shot, few-shot, RAG, Fine-tuned (fine tuning) model, etc.)
" Expert with NLP and must have worked on a few large-scale projects.
" Strong knowledge of Data Science
" Must know Statistical techniques/tests.
" Super comfortable with Python, Spark, SQL
" Hands-on experience on either AWS/GCP/Azure
" Good knowledge of Deep Learning and Transformers architecture.
" Experience with building Deep learning models.
" Experience with MLOps principles and MDLC lifecycle.
" Experience with deploying Deep learning models.
" Must be hands-on using Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.

" Good to have - Hands-on experience on either AWS/GCP/Azure
