Seeking a SUPERSTAR Front Office - Patient Coordinator!

At Kuzma Advanced Dentistry, we strive to provide exceptional patient care and customer service in a professional and compassionate atmosphere. Patient Coordinators are the first impression for our patients and set the tone for their experience. We work collaboratively to ensure each patient has a smooth and reassuring experience - from their first call to the moment they checkout. We strive to create the kind of dental experiences that existing and new patients deserve to have.

Working as a Patient Coordinator in our office is challenging yet tremendously rewarding. We are often able to present patients with solutions that have never been offered to them before, in order to relieve pain, promote Total Wellness and restore confidence in their smile. From cosmetic dentistry, same day crowns, TMJ treatment, implant dentistry, Fountain of Youth dentures, sleep apnea management, to Invisalign and more. Our team has confidence when scheduling, knowing our patients will receive the highest quality of care.

Schedule is subject to change:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 – 5:30 (currently no patients after 4:00)

Wednesdays 7:30 – 3:30 or 4:00pm (currently no patients after 1:00)

Fridays 9:00 – 12:00 (currently no patients)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
