Patient Care Coordinator-Bellevue Location
Hope Clinic is a busy Optometry/Vision Therapy practice w/an immediate need for a Patient Care Coordinator. Experience w/EMR, LNI/Workman’s Compensation and strong sales experience is desired. The ideal candidate is expected to be a friendly team player with a positive can-do, no drama attitude and reliable while practicing a healthy living style.
Detail-oriented w/great communication and organizational skills while demonstrating a passion for customer service is a must to be successful. We serve children and adults who experience vision-related learning and other vision dysfunctions, including Traumatic Brain Injury.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to empathize w/patients possessing a wide range of cognitive/physical challenges, some w/special needs, Dyslexia, etc. The candidate must be thoroughly computer/technology savvy w/excellent verbal and written skills.
Duties include follow-up with patients/parents regarding treatment costs and payment options, communicate with LNI Workman’s Compensation and Case Managers to secure authorization for treatment, complete records requests, and additional duties as necessary. Occasional coverage of Front Desk duties includes greeting patients, checking patients in/out, answering phones, conducting triages, schedule/patient management of our three clinics and collecting payments.
This is a Monday – Thursday opportunity for you while enjoying a 3-day weekend!

Compensation: $25.00/HR./DOE
