Location: Synergy MedAesthetics, Yakima WA

Synergy MedAesthetics is looking for talented, professional, career-minded team members with excellent communication skills.

You will work at our front desk as a Patient Care Coordinator, being the center of Patient Care sales and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a dynamic customer experience via phone, text, and email.
• Scheduling appointments and procedures using scheduling software
• Initial contact with new prospective clients and existing clients to correctly inform them of services available.
• Having an in-depth knowledge of all services available (Training provided)
• Qualifying candidates for the proper service/s.

The following skills are required:

• Accurate and efficient utilization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) and scheduling software - Training Provided.
• Ability to effectively communicate with prospective patients via phone, email, and text.
• Answer questions and schedule consultations for our aesthetic services.
• Ability to assist with social media & in-house marketing campaigns to engage current patients or convert consultations.

• High school Diploma/ G.E.D Required
• Minimum of three (3) years of solid experience working in a professional office environment.
• Medical office or Aesthetic background is a plus.
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new programs.
• Electronic scheduling program knowledge, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience a plus.
• Excellent computer skills for data entry required.
• Must be very comfortable making outbound calls and receiving inbound phone calls, answering questions and speaking with current and potential patients.
• Social Media Expertise & willingness to implement innovative social media marketing practices
• Experience in phone sales
• Spanish speaking is a plus
