Lynnwood Periodontics and Implants is looking for a highly qualified dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the new face of our busy practice! We are looking for a team leader with previous Patient Care Coordinator or treatment coordinator experience who loves helping people. Ambition to become office manager is highly desirable. We run a very busy and efficient practice, working with over 30 different referrals from all over the region. Our vision is 5-Star customer service, an excellent patient experience and the highest care standards in the industry. We also treat other with compassion, caring and kindness. We specialize in implant placement, extractions with ridge preservation, connective tissue grafting, bone grafting and periodontal therapy. Knowledge of Dentrix practice management software is required, as well as utilizing some of the advanced office functions within Dentrix. Required Skills, Experience and Duties:

- Proficiency in Dentrix

- Professional and friendly phone, email and in-person communication

- Requesting x-rays and referrals from offices, importing to patient charts

- Scheduling new patients exams and treatment

- Leading the Morning Huddle/Team Meetings

- Presenting treatment plans with high level of case acceptance

- Sending and Posting Claims

- Insurance Verification

- Accounts Receivable, Calling Insurance companies to check on claims

- Sending Billing Statements

- Checking patients in and out, creating continuing care appointments

- Hygiene/Patient Recall and Confirmations

- Taking and posting payments

- Outlook/Email/Word/Excel proficiency

- Team player, able to work well with Doctor, Staff and Patients

- Friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing personality

- Social Media Posting, Patient Reviews

- Helping to Organize Study Clubs and extracurricular activities

Days and Hours: Monday: Office Day 9-4. Tuesday 7-4. Wednesday 7-4. Thursday 7-4. Friday: Off. Average 32-35 hours per week.

Pay: $35/hour + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k/PTO/Holidays)
