Monday/Tuesday/Friday - 7am-11am/4 hour shift
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Starting Pay: $16.00 (hourly)
Pay increase to: $17.00 (hourly) after 90 days
Requirements:
Must have ability to lift 60-75lbs.
Job requires bleachers to be moved for cleaning and put back in correct location for games.
Must be able to wear battery back pack of approx. 30 minutes.
Duties will include:
Moving Gym Bleachers to sweep and/or vac under and along gym perimeter
Operate a scrubber machine
Inspect Cleaning work from previous night
Perform basic cleaning and Maintenance of scrubber and Locker Room Cleaning equipment
Ensure Stock rooms are clean and ready for night/weekend crew
Police Exterior of Properties for trash and items that may need to brought to attention of Managers
