Litigation Associate Attorney

Description:

The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Civil/Commercial Litigation and/or Family Law. The individual will be responsible for all phases of litigation, including, but not limited to: drafting pleadings, motions, arguing motions, taking depositions, propounding and reviewing written discovery, mediation, settlement discussions, trial prep, and trial. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience, including trial experience. Florida license in good standing required. Spanish strongly preferred, but not required. The pay for this position starts at $50.00/billable hour.
