Part-Time Receptionist

Bluff Park Animal Clinic is in need of a new smiling face! We are looking for a compassionate and caring part-time receptionist.

-Must be able to work 15-25 hours per week, including weekends, and some holidays.

-Must be reliable, friendly, and willing to learn new things.

-Must possess good communication skills, basic computer skills, and be able to lift more than 25 lbs.

Responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

-Managing client phone calls.

-Checking clients in and out through our computer system, including gathering basic patient information and processing payments.

-Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

-Communication discharge instructions to clients and filling prescriptions.

-Unboxing deliveries and restocking shelves.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Birmingham, AL 35226: Relocate before starting work (Required)
