Our client is on the hunt for a motivated Part-Time Outbound Tele-Sales - Customer Service Specialist to join their call center team in Provo, Utah.
Key Requirements:
* Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction.
* A high level of personal integrity, energy, and empathy, coupled with a self-motivated disposition.
* Effective listening skills, with the capability to address customer concerns and navigate objections to secure appointments.
* A target-driven mindset, comfortable operating within a goal-focused structure.
* Previous experience in direct sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service or sales role, with a preference for candidates with 1-4 years of experience.
* An innate ability to communicate effectively, fostering both customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Willingness to work in a collaborative office setting, supported by a team and supervisory guidance.
* Availability for part-time work, specifically in the afternoon to early evening hours.
