PERS/Ambipar Response is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and customer focused individual who is able to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is responsible for resolving issues, maintaining client records, account collections, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Position Details

Essential Functions
· Accounts Management:
o Update information on customer accounts in both QB’s and CDMS
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's database
o Send reminders for account renewals, past due balances, and upcoming invoices
· Conduct daily collections calls and inquiries regarding past due invoices and accounts.
· Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly and courteously
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to accurately address customer inquiries
· Process orders through phone and email
· Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services that prove beneficial to our customers and their needs
· Assist other departments with caller inquiries as needed
· Respond to internal and external customer requests in a timely and professional manner
· Enter payments via check, ACH, and credit card
· Perform accounts receivable duties as necessary
· Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and areas of improvement
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service
Preferred Job Requirements
· College education preferred
· Knowledge on QuickBooks
· Previous experience in a call center
