What you'll do:
Our Managed Print Services (MPS) Customer Service Specialists provide attentive hands-on service to our print customers. The specialist will visit customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas to gather information from equipment to be used for billing, deliver printing supplies, clean customer machines (printers, copiers, fax machines), assist customers in setting up supply stocks (toner, paper, staples), and provide face to face support and care for our customers. You will interact with many different people every day and will serves as the face of our company. Therefore, it is extremely important that our Customer Service Specialists have a very professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No experience is necessary in this field to apply for this position as we provide complete training. We are confident our training program will prepare you for a long and successful career. Our Customer Service staff is widely well respected for our professionalism, knowledge, and experience.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be over the age of 18
- Candidate must have the legal right to be employed in the United States
- Current, valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation A personal vehicle will be used as part of this job.
- You will receive a mileage reimbursement to cover fuel and wear and tear on your vehicle.
- Professional appearance Basic Computer Skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Desire to study and learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Computer experience - software and hardware

Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM With opportunity for occasional overtime
