Job Description
The KURU GURU will offer a world-class customer experience service through phone, email, social media, and chat channels. If you’re into providing stellar Customer Service and enjoy a close-knit team environment, then you may be the team player we’re searching for!
What You Will Do:
- Promptly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions
- Become an expert about KURU products and provide guidance to customers on purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed scorecard requirements for productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and attendance
- Place customer orders online
- Submit requests for returns/exchanges
- File warranty claims
- Answer general product questions while making style suggestions as warranted
- Social media correspondence
- Interact with customers regarding shipments, order adjustments, address changes, along with other needs
All other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Background in Customer Service-related environment
- Background in sales is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in PC Knowledge and navigation
- Familiar with various social media platforms
- Punctual and detail-oriented
- Professional, patient, and courteous demeanor
