Job Description

The KURU GURU will offer a world-class customer experience service through phone, email, social media, and chat channels. If you’re into providing stellar Customer Service and enjoy a close-knit team environment, then you may be the team player we’re searching for!

What You Will Do:

• Promptly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions
• Become an expert about KURU products and provide guidance to customers on purchasing decisions
• Meet or exceed scorecard requirements for productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and attendance
• Place customer orders online
• Submit requests for returns/exchanges
• File warranty claims
• Answer general product questions while making style suggestions as warranted
• Social media correspondence
• Interact with customers regarding shipments, order adjustments, address changes, along with other needs

All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Background in Customer Service-related environment
• Background in sales is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and team-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Proficient in PC Knowledge and navigation
• Familiar with various social media platforms
• Punctual and detail-oriented
• Professional, patient, and courteous demeanor
• Innovative and driven to accomplish goals
