Part Time Office Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Booker. In this role, we are looking for a qualified bookkeeper who has been trained or certified with Quickbooks online.
The job will be part-time to start, maybe only four to ten hours a week. And is responsible for recording and maintaining the business financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Assist with general office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

Skills:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Ouickbook's Online with Apple products
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail for accurate weekly data entry
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support with professionalism and empathy

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
