Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Experience with Quick Books including Quick Books Online
- Banking, payroll, expenses, per diem for mobile crews
- Logistics for mobile crews, lodging, car rentals
- Invoicing, keeping job files up to date, customer communications regarding receivables
- Accounts payable including credit cards, vendors, contractors
- Providing timely information to our CPA (offsite)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
