We are looking for a Bookkeeping/Office Support to perform daily bookkeeping tasks that will support our financial team. Bookkeeper responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an experience in an office setting and/or a degree in Accounting and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our company run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. In addition to the bookkeeping support, the ability to assist with tax preparation for the clients
Responsibilities
· Provide client support with their financial records
· Reconcile GL accounts for several clients
· Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
· Create and update expense reports
· Enter financial transactions into internal databases
· Check spreadsheets for accuracy
· Maintain digital and physical financial records
· Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
· Process, review and file payroll documents
Requirements
· Work experience as an Office Assistant or bookkeeping
· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
· Familiarity with finance regulations
· Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
· Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
· Strong Organization skills
· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
· Demonstrated Customer Service Experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
