Position: Part-Time Office AssistantHours: Flexible, 9:00a-1:00p/10:00a-2:00p Monday-Thursday 4 days per week Location: IronRock Security, Lakewood
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Scheduling Interviews: Review and pre-screen potential applicants.
- Assist Team: Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior office experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ️ Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- ️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
