Immediately seeking a detail oriented and customer service minded Receptionist for a small medical office here in Fairbanks.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is required as well as 2 years of previous office experience.
Duties Include:
- Greet and check patients in and out.
- Answering single line phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining and updating patient information
- Prior authorizations
- Accounts Receivable
- Communicating with insurance biller
- Keeping lobby neat and clean.
- Sorting mail.
- Additional duties as needed.
Part Time hours every Friday 10am-5pm. Pay is $20/Hr. depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of previous office experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free environment
