We are seeking candidates for the position of Front Desk Receptionist to work in our busy office. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include greeting customers as they enter the office, answering phones and directing calls when necessary, monitoring the waiting area and ensuring that all visitors are signed in by security.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails from members.
- Serve as the first line of defense for the organization.
- Greet guests and identify the purpose of their visits.
- Answer members' questions about programs and activities throughout the facility.
- Provide members with information about their accounts, including payment methods and account balances; schedule appointments with staff; report maintenance issues to repair staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
