Part-Time Medical Receptionist

The Salveo Center is looking for a Medical Receptionist/Intake Coordinator who has a welcoming personality and understands the expectations of a HIPAA compliant setting. The strongest candidates have front desk experience in a medical office and can start right away. This is a part-time position of two days (16.5 hours total) per week: Thursdays and Fridays.

Job Duties:

• Greet Clients
• Answer phones
• Electronic Scheduling
• Data Entry
• Verify current personal and financial information
• Verify insurance benefits
• Charge invoices
• Collecting co-payments
• Faxing, filing and performing any other duties assigned
• Provide support to our team of providers

Job Requirements:

• 1+years of previous knowledge in a medical front office
• Reliable
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Honest and trustworthy to work independently: strong time management skills
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
• Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
• Attention to detail
• Live within 25 minutes from our office in Redmond
• Two recent work references required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Minimum Education/Credentials:

• High school graduate or equivalent
