SalaryReceptionist position available in a growing and thriving Medical Aesthetic and Concierge Internal Medicine Private Practice. Our setting is small, boutique-like and private in HighMark Medical Center. Very professional, intimate and fun. The following qualities are critical for any candidate to be considered:
- Enjoys working with and helping people.
- Capable of managing multiple phone line system.
- Multitasking.
- Possess office programs skills including word and excel as well as POS systems. Experienced with electronic health records a plus.
- Experienced in and enjoys sales and the service industry
- Works with a positive team spirit and takes direction as constructive learning.
- Has schedule flexibility, punctuality and outstanding attendance.
- Represents our brand both over the phone and in person in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
- Carries oneself in a calm, professional and mature manner.
- Has an interest in aesthetic (cosmetic) treatments and healthcare.
