The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
- Check patients in and out of the office busy medical clinic.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients as needed.
- Maintain patient medical records and ensure that all information is up to date.
- Collect payments from patients and enter them into Athena EHR system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
