Position Summary:
As a Veterinary Receptionist at Ally Pet, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the smooth operation of the clinic. We are currently hiring for either a full-time or part-time position, offering flexibility to match your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Handle financial transactions, including payment processing.
- Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist in managing and organizing administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception desk and waiting room.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and welcoming personality.

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Past experience working in a veterinary clinic is ideal.
