Medical Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, is great at multitasking and has a "can do" positive attitude. Must have a history of being dependable and reliable.

Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, collect copays and patient balances
- Provide patient support with form requests, patient portal and registration

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental front desk position is preferred
- Proficient with using EMR systems or other software systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
