SalaryJob Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience in guest services or Front Desk operations is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Join our team and enjoy the benefits of working in the hospitality industry.
