```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appts. verify insurance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working in a Front Desk or administrative role (experience in a dental or medical office is a plus)
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity withDentrix or other Dental software is important
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
