Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of patient interactions. The mission for this position is to ensure that every patient is well cared for, feels like a valued member of our community, and has someone who consistently manages the details of their care.

As the person who creates the first impression of our wellness clinic, the Front Desk Coordinator will reinforce and embody the core values of our practice, building the excellent reputation Dr. LeMay has in the community and with his patients.

Success in this position is measured based on patient feedback, online reviews, and consistency in patient appointments and calendar management.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every patient has an outstanding experience in our clinic and managing the details behind the scenes. This includes ensuring all follow-up appointments are scheduled and held, nutritional supplements are charged correctly and delivered, and incoming inquiries are responded to swiftly and converted into new patients.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

Pay rate is $16-18 per hour

Part-time position at approximately 27 hours per week
