New U is a 6000-square foot European style rejuvenation center. We help our clients keep their body mind and soul healthy and happy through alternative ways of wellness. Our clients work with wellness practitioners and personal trainers. They leave us feeling better, looking healthier, sleeping well and feeling fit. Our center is private and a convenient way of getting nutrition guidance, movement, exercise, relaxation, detoxification therapies and beauty needs in one place. Front Desk Wellness Coordinator
As a Front Desk Wellness Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our center. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, appointments, and ensuring they have a positive experience during their visit. This position also involves providing tours and sales!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage appointments and scheduling for various services.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about our services, packages, and membership options.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions when necessary.
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Sales experience, preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer programs.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
