Job Responsibilities and Skillset requirements

* Must be bilingual in SPANISH -DEAL BREAKER-
* Solid attendance history (Growth within the company is strongly based upon performance and attendance)
* Greet patients in a professional yet enthusiastic manner
* Strong Social and Communication skills with the ability to assist patients with scheduling appointments, various inquiries, or concerns.
* Strong attention to details when navigating patient charts and ability to leave well written detailed notes when needed.
* Excellent phone skills for both inbound and outbound phone calls.
* Collecting Copays
* Multi-tasking is required on a daily basis
* Ability to work well under pressure/fast paced environment
* Trouble shooting and Problem solving skills
* Dependable, Trustworthy and must be a Team player!
* Previous knowledge with a variety of Insurances (IEHP, Medicare, PPO) highly desirable

Hours Vary: 7am to 6:30pm but shifts are 8hrs long
