Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun and professional staff member to help administer our Wellington, FL Dance School, Vantage Pointe Dance Studios. This staff member will serve as a point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
The desired hours for this position are 3pm-6pm Monday through Friday.
This role is very important to the studio and staff as the front desk associate is the face of the studio. Primary responsibilities include:
- receiving student payments
- scheduling lessons and trial lessons
- answering the phone and making calls and answering questions about the studio, accounts and activities
- Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
- General administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. Ideal qualities for success in this role would include knowledge of Google Suite, an interest in learning in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to problem-solving. A demonstrated interest in dance would be an asset.
Pay will be $16 per hour. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job, and employees who average a minimum of 30 hours per week will be eligible for health insurance options.
