It Manager

Network Management

• Manages dedicated fiber internet lines at all 3 company locations.

• Oversees VPN connections, adding and removing user access.

• Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues and optimizes for speed/uptime.

Server Administration

• Manages computer users and permissions on company servers.

• Ensures server security, data backups and business continuity plans.

• Handles server maintenance, upgrades and virtualization as needed.

Online Presence

• Manages and updates "Google My Business" listings for all company locations.

• Works with marketing to regularly update company photos, descriptions, services and other public-facing info on Google pages.

Microsoft 365 Management

• Oversees Microsoft 365 account including Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.

• Provisions/deprovisions user licenses and access.

• Trains employees on Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools.

Hardware & Software Management

• Keeps all employee computers updated with latest software and security patches.

• Sets up new employee workstations, monitors, etc.

• Manages security software deployment, Symantec, across all computers.

• Configures and connects printers and other office equipment.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Handles troubleshooting for computer, printer, phone, server and software issues.

• Provides technical support and training to employees as needed.

Mobile Device Management

• Oversees company cell phone account with carrier (AT&T).

• Processes new phone deployments, upgrades and replacements.

• Manages mobile device policies and security.

VoIP Phone System

• Manages cloud-based phone system, AT&T's Office@Hand.

• Adds/removes user extensions, configures call handling rules.

• Trains employees on using mobile and desktop phone apps.

Sales Operations Support

• Manages sales territory mapping and route optimization tools using Google map account.

IT Strategy & Governance

• Develops and implements IT policies/procedures for security and efficiency.

• Analyzes technology needs and recommends hardware/software solutions.

• Plans and oversees IT projects from requirements through execution.

• Trains employees on business applications and collaboration tools. (OneDrive, Office at Hand and others app)
