SalaryProminent law firm is hiring a Paralegal Assistant for a full time opportunity. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Assistant to join our legal team. As a Paralegal Assistant, you will provide essential support to 1 - 2 attorneys.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in either a Criminal or Civil law firm, and is comfortable supporting a Partner of the firm.
This position requires the scheduling of depositions; setting of hearings; calendaring; typing correspondence and motions; filing; answering phones. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task is a must. You will be tasked with speaking with existing clients and scheduling office conferences. Strong communications skills; excellent writing skills.
