Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to lawyer
- Case management
- Handle communication with clients, attorney offices, insurance companies, and medical offices
- Schedule and calendar appointments, mediation, depositions, and hearings
- Prepare and send correspondence
- Request and obtain medical records and bills
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Monitor deadlines
Skills
- Candidate must be highly dependable, motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- General computer skills including typing and use of Windows Office Products: Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
