QUALIFICATIONS: ·0

• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in an office and two (2) years intake and sales experience. ·
• Must be meticulous, professional, a self-starter, fast learner, willing to grow, and self-sufficient. Personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations. · Individuals who are not self-starters, fast learners, or negative will not succeed in this position and should not apply. · Aggressive, motivated, professional, and loyal individuals who can handle feedback will have a high likelihood of success and growth with this firm. ·
• Customer service is required and is a crucial part of this job. Must be able to deliver high-quality white glove service to clients. ·
• Stuart, FL 34994: Reliable form of transportation necessary. ·
• Must be fully proficient in: Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Drobox, Adobe Pro, Florida Courts E-Filing Portal System and understand judicial procedures required by each individual judge. ·
• BENEFITS: · Pay: From $45,000.00 per year for full-time employment- negotiable based on experience · Part-time available on case-by-case basis from $17-$33 hour based on experience · Work-Life Balance · Paid holidays · Paid time-off · 8-hour shift (negotiable based on part-time employment)
