SalaryThriving orthodontic practice is in search of a reliable, caring, positive, energetic, professional financial Coordinator/ Receptionist who excels at customer service. Applicant must be able to multitask, but pay attention to small details. Responsibilities include greeting patients, discussing cases, scheduling, some marketing tasks, insurance billing and verification. Must have excellent communication skill and must be computer literate. CUSTOMER service experience is required!!!
Experience dental management software is a plus.
Experience is required but we are willing to train the right individual!!
Medical benefits available. Bonus' based on performance. Salary commensurate with experience.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:00-6:00; Thursday 10-7:30, one Saturday per month 8:30-1:30
Experience in the dental or hospitality industry is REQUIRED!
