Loreto in Frogtown/Elysian Valley is looking for a FOH Manager to join the team! We’re an upscale-casual Mexican seafood restaurant that specializes in seafood dishes inspired by the fresh ingredients from the Baja coast. We are a full bar restaurant with specialty cocktails and a curated wine selection. Mariscos Za Za Zá is our counter-service lunch concept at the same location.
This position is ideal for hospitality/service professionals with some leadership experience seeking to advance in management in the restaurant industry. Full weekend availability required.
Overview:
- Provide strong leadership to FOH departments under direction of General Manager
- Open and close service
- Provide hospitality to all guests
- Problem solve efficiently while adhering to company policies and county regulations
- Support with light FOH administrative duties such as updating time edits, menu updates, cash log maintenance, and etc.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a managerial or leadership position in the restaurant industry preferred
- Valid Manager ServSafe certificate preferred
- Valid RBS/ABC certificate required
- Leadership experience required
- Strong understanding of and interest in hospitality
- Experience working with POS and reservation systems (Toast and OpenTable preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $66,560 - $68,000 depending on experience
