Order Entry/Customer Service Night Shift

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma/GED required

Hours:

Sunday through Friday: 7pm till work is completed, typically around 2:30/3:00am

Start times may change depending on the volume of orders, example during peak holiday season employee may be asked to start as early as 7pm.

Skills

· Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Basic Computer Skills

· Detail Oriented

· Spanish preferred, but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:
Regular tasks will include but not be limited to the following:

· Answer incoming calls

· Enter customer orders

· Sort & organize customer product labels

· Double check all work for errors and correct those errors if any or found

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 – 55 per week
