The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing bank-wide operational support through their understanding of deposit account servicing requirements and knowledge of electronic banking systems.

Operations SpecialistEssential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor all Shazam debit card and ATM activity.
Process account maintenance.
Perform daily procedures to manage discrepancies for our Fraud, Red Flag and Identity Theft Programs.
Monitor daily activity of all customer demographics, onboarding/changes of accounts, and products.
Process wire transfers, debit card disputes, stop pays, and return items.
Provide customer support for online account opening.
Monitor electronic banking services.
Provide a complete range of customer service for bank credit card operations.
Assist BSA Officer with CIP reviews.
Review, audit, and certify OFAC reports and messages.
Review CTRs for accuracy and make changes to the file as needed.
Review cash reports for suspicious activity.
Monitor MSB accounts for documentation; review and analyze account activity.
Assist BBCs affected by BSA and compliance issues and regulatory requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Knowledge of existing bank software preferred or demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work well with a team and independently.
