Job Description:
Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods, check for damage, and discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Delivery Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products per the customer expectations. Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills. Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. Teamwork communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training in line with business requirements. Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals. Works with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

**Additional Manager notes**
This role will be helping set up inventory and preparation to move into the new building in May 2024. The role will entail some odd jobs and not the normal warehouse roles to ensure movement for the new building is secured. Once the new building is secure regular warehouse work will be conducted. Some of the jobs could be verifying tags and parts, receiving, and slotting. If this candidate is not willing to be flexible with other roles, then this job is not for them. The manager is looking for True warehouse experience (Retail stores, and LTL carriers will not count). A steady employment history is a must without gaps and changing roles every 6 months to a year.
***Forklift, cherry picker, and stock picker experience is a must; not all 3 but at least 1 or more***
The working days are Monday-Friday; 7 am- 5 pm work an 8-hour shift in between those hours at a consistent time daily.
When the manager is ready, he will be requesting 45-minute onsite interviews.
