Program Support Specialist/Front Desk (~25hrs/wk)

Applications are being accepted for a part-time Support Specialist position at Operation Threshold in our WIC department. This position provides support to all Operation Threshold programs and works as part of a team that often serves as the first person to greet our clients. As part of that team, this position answers incoming calls, assists with intake services, and serves to inform our clients about all the benefits and services that Operation Threshold can provide.

This position has an hourly wage of $15.00/hr and will be scheduled for approximately 25hrs/wk (no nights, weekends, or holidays). Well qualified applicants will have one year post secondary education or training and two years clerical/intake or related experience. Must have exceptional attendance/dependability and excellent customer service, telephone, organizational, and administrative skills.
