Responsible for Loan Operations administration in various duties of loans.
This includes servicing, accounting, reporting functions and assisting in loan processing and loan documentation preparation.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree from 4-Year College or University and/or minimum of three years banking experience.
- Experience in Banking environment, preferably in the loan department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Loan input (system boarding) and loan maintenance on FISERV system while verifying correctness of loan documentation for all loans.
- Maintain and demonstrate proficiency with loan software applications (Fiserv, Laser Pro, Lender Close, etc.). Work with Supervisor to utilize applications to fullest capacity, streamlining processes and procedures, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for the organization and implementation of loan servicing including:
- Escrow processing, payments and semi-annual review-residential and commercial
- Non-Escrow Property Tax Tracking
- Non-post and Loan General Ledger balancing daily
- Flood Zone Property and Force Placed insurance reporting and tracking.
- Deficit balance monitoring, processing of charge-offs (DDAs & Savings) and submission to collection agency when necessary.
- Audit DDA accounts used by Loan Operations team.
- Utilize FISERV system for loan deficiencies and annual monitoring.
- Prepares, maintains, monitors, and distributes various reports.
- Assist with Participation Loans and GL Balancing
- Assist with Recording Fees accounts including reconciling.
- Assist in bank-wide HMDA packet collection.
- Support lenders and their customers.
- Field phone calls, emails and follow up
- Assist with Appraisal Ordering
- Assist with Flood Determination Ordering
