Position Summary:
Encompass Community Services is seeking a Project Manager who shares our excitement for and commitment to serving our community. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer as part of the Encompass Operations Division, which develops and maintains the systems that support agency operations. The Operations Division closely collaborates with leaders across the agency to lead agency-wide strategic planning efforts, identify areas of continuous quality improvement, and pursue new program development and funding opportunities. This position will drive agency-wide initiatives forward by creating, managing, and supporting the execution of project work plans and effectively communicating those plans with internal and external stakeholders. The qualified candidate is a quick learner, curious, has a demonstrable record of collaborative and efficient project coordination, and excels at working with diverse stakeholders, organizing and supporting teams, and identifying and troubleshooting problems. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and update project plans; document, maintain, monitor, and communicate project plans, tasks, and progress using project management tools.
- Conduct research on relevant literature, tools, vendors, and other resources to inform project plans. Update and manage project-related documents and databases.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide recommendations as applicable.
- Track and coordinate the completion of project tasks within expected deadlines.
- Manage relationships with agency teams.
- Engage in relevant project budget meetings to ensure project activities operate within budget limits.
- Undertake project tasks, as applicable.
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate project stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes/action items, and developing presentation materials, tools, and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Project Management in professional services, consulting, or nonprofit management.
- Experience working with stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in Public Health, Community Health, and/or Healthcare Industry

Wages & Benefits:
Our total compensation package includes a comprehensive medical and dental insurance plan for full time employees, 403(b) retirement plan, paid holiday, sick time, and 17 days of paid vacation, pro-rated for positions less than 40 hours a week.
