Construction Project Manager, Plant Operations

As a Construction Project Manager you will be playing a critical role in building the world's most productive auto factory. You will work closely with project and design teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget and according to specifications. You will lead the team's resource forecasting and allocation to multiple projects with varying timelines across multiple areas of our facilities. 

• Experience in an administrative capacity preferably within an architecture, design or construction firm or comparable municipal function
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Construction Management, experience, or equivalent
• Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment with high level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail with flexibility and ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently
• Proficiency with conferencing systems and Bluebeam, REVIT, BIM, Procore and MS Project are preferred
