What to Expect What You’ll Bring
As a Robotics Operations Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and optimization of robotics operational systems. You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams, coordinating project timelines, and building out the process in all aspects of operations.
What You’ll Do- Apply understanding of software stack and technical implementations to root cause problems
- Work closely with robotics engineers to ensure proper installation, configuration, and calibration of robotics hardware and software
- Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, operations, IT, and QA, to identify solutions to issues, and help track those resolutions to closure
- Develop testing protocols to validate the performance and reliability of robotics systems
- Thorough testing of robotics hardware and software to identify any defects or inefficiencies
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of robotics technology
- Conduct regular reviews of operational workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
- 2+ years full time employment experience
- Comfortable reporting status to leadership and communicating in large audiences
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping & organizational skills
- Demonstration of engineering fundamentals
- Ability to work cross-functionally & manage large teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Desire to own a lot and work hard - we have small teams and fast timelines
Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$88,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
