Job description
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s goals while contributing to an inclusive environment through respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn. Work with Leadership to understand strategy and drive implementation and successful execution. Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Real Estate processes through improvements to each function, as well as coordination and communication between functions. Drive agreed improvements through planning, development and successful implementation to teams. May assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, document control.
