About the Role
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Clean Chemistry and customer safety protocols, adapt and oversee safety policy and best practice implementation at the field level.
- Actively promote a culture of safety. Manage JSAs and supporting processes.
- Facilitate classroom and job-site training and support field engineers and trial operators. Develop and evolve training programs on Clean Chemistry equipment as well as job safety.
- Evaluate field engineer and trial operator competency and provide training accordingly for safe and effective customer service.
- Plan and assist / supervise mobilization and demobilization of trial and permanent equipment.
- Facilitate communication between Clean Chemistry and potential trial site personnel to clearly identify trial plans, key performance indicators and other metrics for success.
- Upon learning Clean Chemistry’s technology, demonstrate the ability to promote our technology and explain the benefits.
- Coordinate with field engineers, trial operators, logistics personnel and Clean Chemistry management and business development to ensure efficient P&P, F&B and OI operations.
- Manage scheduling of personnel and coordinate vehicle, housing and equipment logistics.
- Prepare detailed reports & documents for Customers and Clean Chemistry Management.
- Travel to remote job locations to ensure quality and productivity.
- Represent Clean Chemistry as the premier water treatment solution.
- Demonstrate and foster a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent degree required, BS/BA or technical degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project management and chemical treatment programs, preferably water or biocidal treatment equipment.
- Experience supervising a team of salaried and hourly personnel with some degree of manual labor.
- Understanding of plant operations.
- Ability to interact professionally with end-use customers, distributors, health & safety professionals, and technology personnel.
- Ability to work independently with little daily supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with common computer programs (including, but not limited to: Google office suite, and Microsoft office suite, etc.)
- Ability to travel to remote, domestic and potentially, international locations; and, work outdoors safely in all seasons.
- Ability to operate Company vehicles in compliance with applicable Company policies.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to frequently bend, twist and stand.
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must be willing to participate in random drug screen programs.
