From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes making sure your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running smoothly every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

The Program Managers are responsible for day-to-day and/or weekly operational oversight of traveling members of the Consistency and Standard Leads team. This individual will support station metrics, which will drive consistency in standard work by working with station leadership. They will ensure the traveling teams promote our Core4 culture and punctuality and will be responsible for leading the execution of operational plans in support of station and Company objectives and goals. The Program Managers will be responsible for development and sustainment of administrative practices that track and support budget responsibilities.

  • Travels with team of unionized employees for station visits, analyzing coaching opportunities and supporting with management as needed
  • Collaborates and builds relationships with station leadership, in support of station goals
  • Supports Senior Manager in any team initiatives
  • Presents station visit findings to station leadership

The salary for this position is $73,425 to $107,690 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Airport Operations experience
  • Experience with cross-divisional team coordination
  • Experience managing a unionized group
  • Understanding of Airport Operations
  • Ability to define and document complex experience
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Teams and Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Conflict resolution and decision-making with an ability to lead
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
