Job Description:

Fuzion Field Services is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to help lead our team of Class A Drivers. As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will work alongside our Operations Manager ensuring our trucking department runs efficiently and successfully.

At Fuzion, our truck drivers provide an essential service to the industrial and commercial sector, hauling water, organic waste, and aggregate for our clients in the northern Colorado area. Our growing company needs professional drivers to keep up with demand in the area.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Operations Manager with their duties and responsibilities.

- Dispatch drivers as needed.

- Move tractor-trailers/company equipment if necessary.

- Pick up drivers on location for random UA's.

- Prepare and execute administrative duties as assigned.

- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Location: Greeley, Colorado

Scheduling:

Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $30-$35/hour depending upon experience.

Shift Schedule:

Day Shift - 5am to 5pm

Openings:

1 position

Requirements:

- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

- Previous operations supervisory experience preferred.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Class A Driver.

- Valid Class A CDL license.

- Tanker endorsement required.

- No major traffic violations in the past 5 years, no more than 2 minor traffic violations in the past 2 years.

- Must submit to pre-employment UA screening and subsequent random UA screenings.

- Physically fit to perform job duties in any weather and environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
