Sodexo is seeking a Food OperationsManager 3 for Memorial Central Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO. The Food Operations Manager will assist the Area General Manager with directing Food & Nutrition for UCHealth. The Food Operations Manager will need to have high-level experience with food service management and a proven ability to lead teams and foster culture.

The successful candidate will:
- help direct and oversee all food and nutrition service day-to-day food service operations
- manage, develop and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees
- work with the Area GM to achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
The ideal candidate will have:
- seasoned experience as a food service manager, assistant director, or GM
- demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to foster culture, retain employees, and develop teams
- financial acumen and technical skills
- a results-driven mindset that enjoys working hands-on to support the team

Qualifications & Requirements: Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
