Operations Manager

Salary: $55,000 - $59,000 per year

Job Description: Burgos Cleaning Service, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning operations in Hartford, CT. As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our cleaning services. This position requires excellent English communication skills and previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the cleaning service.

Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols.

Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all cleaning activities.

Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff, including a dedicated supervisor.

Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members.

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues that arise.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an operations management role, preferably in the cleaning industry.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in using computer software and applications related to operations management.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team.

Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and best practices.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
